NANO SUMMIT 2007 : The Rising Stars of Texas : August 7-8, 2007

Nano Summit 2007 is soliciting abstracts for speakers on August 8, 2007.  

Researchers may submit on any topics, some suggested topics might include:

  • Nano, Molecular, DNA, electronics, devices, Nano-optics, Nano-photonics, Nano-optoelectronics and systems.
  • Nano, Molecular, DNA, sensors and actuators – Nano-imaging, Nano-fabrication, Nano-lithography.
  • MEMS/NEMS integration – Nano-materials, Nano-structures, Nano-crystals, Quantum Dots.
  • Nanoscale, manipulation, and assembly – Nano-structured materials synthesis, modification, and characterization.
  • Nanoscale mechanics, fluidics, and heat transfer – Nanoscale robotics, Nanospheres, Nanotubes, Nanowires, Nanocubes.
  • Nano-biology, Nano-biotechnology, Nanomedicine.
  • Nano architecture, manufacturing, reliability, and safety.

Deadline for submission of Speaker Abstracts is June 11, 2007 at 5 p.m. Notification will occur by June 20. Abstract should include name, email and phone at top of page and be no more than 250 words. Please email as an attachment (PDF document preferred) to nanosummit@tamu.edu with the word Speaker Abstract in the subject line.

Researchers accepted to speak at the Nano Summit will be required to register for the conference on-line at nanosummit.tamu.edu . Speakers will have 20 minutes for the talk and any Q&A. Concurrent sessions will not be held so speakers will address entire conference audience. Specific details on times, etc. will be sent with notification of acceptance.
